Refund Policy 

Affordable Care Solutions values transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy explains our refund and cancellation process. By using our Services, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of our packages. Our pricing is fully transparent, and we provide a trial period for CRM services, allowing customers to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Additionally, the following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

TikTok ad spend

CRM usage fees

Email and SMS charges

AI-related service fees

Call charges

Twilio A2P campaign and usage fees

Third-party platform costs incurred through integrations

Custom development, setup, or onboarding fees

Service fees for active or partially used accounts

2-Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are only granted in the following situations:

If the system mistakenly overcharges or double charges a customer.

In the case of a double charge, customers can choose to receive a refund or have the excess amount adjusted in the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. The cancellation deadlines vary by service:

TikTok Ads: Must be canceled at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.

CRM Services: Must be canceled at least 1 business day before the next billing cycle. CRM users can cancel directly from their Account Settings → Billing section.

Trial Periods: Customers on a trial must cancel before the subscription starts or contact support at least 1 business day before the trial ends.

Additional Cancellation Guidelines:

Once a billing cycle begins, no refunds or prorated adjustments will be issued for unused time or services.

Canceling a service does not automatically remove previously incurred charges. Any outstanding balance must be settled before cancellation is complete.

If a customer cancels but continues to use the services until the end of their billing cycle, charges will not be reversed.

4. How to Cancel

For CRM Services: Log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings → Billing to cancel your subscription.

For all other services: Contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

Auto-renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge date to request a review.
